Well mercury is retro till June 19th and 3 days after, no purchasing of electronics, signing contracts, and if traveling expect delays and look out for tricky communications and other peoples ‘s word games. It is a great time to learn to
go with the flow.

This year the Center had 2 retreats thus far and is planning another for October 2008.
Our first retreat was held in Sedona, Az. where we encounted 4 feet of snow. But it was an amazing experience for all of us. Our second retreat (The first of the Raven Heart series of retreats) was held in Highland Lake, NY and again an amazing journey, you can read the retreat comments by visiting Raven Heart Retreats on the web page. I have also decided to open the October retreat to men as well as women who are on their journey.

The Center has some really exciting courses coming up, Signature Cell hands on technique which is being offered in July and in August, Signature Cells level 11 will be taught by its original instructors from Hawaii.

If you like the Secret then you’ll love the Silva Method it is the Secret in action. You will manifest everything you ever wanted and more by taking the Silva Method.

Everyone is complaining about the housing market, I feel it is a great opportunity for everyone, those who could not purchase a home before can now. It’s about time. There is something we can all work on together: Pray for some way that banks who are responsible for this mess come up with a solution to those going into foreclosure so they can keep there homes the way it is now every one is a looser and there are no winners. This is not right, we are a rich country and someone needs to step up to the plate. Praying helped pull down the Berlin wall so praying may be the one way to assist in this crisis.

I found this amazing book and CD’s the book is “Secrets of a Millionaire Mind,” and the cds are Michael Beckwith’s Life Visioning the four stage evolutionary journey as Divine Love. Use both to advance in life amazing work if used together.

I would like to introduce you to two new members of the Center: Kristina Hlinka is a massage therapist that does Maya Abdominal Massage, a massage exclusively for women that addresses all women issues. You can go to http://www.arvigomassage.com/ to learn more or call her at 908-963-0053.

Justin Buffer is a Certified Life coach and working on his Masters Degree in Counseling. He is a school teacher in Somerset and loves working with teens and adults on intentions, goals, and outcomes. He has an inside-out approach that- besides helping people reach their goals- also helps them achieve more inner peace and a deeper sense of spirituality. He has taught meditation and the Course In Miracles for years. We welcome both of you to the Center. He will be teaching an Introductory Meditation Class on Tuesday, March 25th at 7PM-8:30PM that focuses on gaining greater inner peace. The cost will be $20.

I want to write about the Great Shift for a few minutes. It is a time of great evolution for humans, it is a time to become conscious and pay attention to your surroundings.
All of the books coming out are about finding your destiny, following your path and finding out who you are. Your path is only one, no matter who you are, and that is to serve humanity in any way you can. Making a difference one person at a time. Finding out Who you are takes work and yes, sometimes money; unfortunately I have found that people in general will spend money on things, but will find a million-and-one reasons not to seek help. I am asked if it is painful, well you are already in pain. I get remarks such as “I’d rather be numb than visit my past, besides I have other expenses.” Most people are pain addicts, whether physical or emotional, so pain is ever present in their life. I am finding more and more organizations promising inner bliss: inner bliss comes from within not without. So this Great Shift has to come from within and not without. Those of you who have been working on yourself will find yourselves being pushed more this year to view who you are and reveal the authentic Self. Eckhart Tolle’s new book “A New Earth” is about the work we all do at the Center. I have gotten so many calls this week in reference to this book and have been thanked for assisting those on their journey. I never feel that a book needed to be written to acknowledge what we all at the Life Coaching Center do to assist those on their journey. So I need to say thank you to Eckhart Tolle for his writing the book.

Last but not least, Easter and Passover are around the corner, find some way in which you can make a difference in someone’s life. The Food Bank in Somerset County always needs food, as for Ship in Somerville to feed people on Easter Sunday, volunteer. Pass along your experience and share your joy.

For tax season the Center is offering Detox Footbaths at $30, 10% off a massage or Reiki session. A new price for Cranial Sacral training and 6 Coaching sessions for the price of 5. Happy New Year to you all. This year the Center has a lot of new courses to offer you and a new Silva training first offered in New Jersey. (Click on Red Words to see Courses)

On Saturday, Jan. 18th from 1-2p.m. intro to the “Entering the Castle” by Carolyn Myss.
One day I was in the bookstore and this book fell from the top shelf into my hands; I had to purchase it since it fell into my hands. Little did I know it was going to present an extraordinary journey for myself and 6 other women. You will embark on a magical journey of self over the next few weeks with a group of women who sit in your company will forever be present in your heart and soul.You will learn to support the healing path
With unconditional ways, if nothing else sisterhood will once again help you to remember to be who you truly are. The group will meet every Wednesday evening for
6- 8 weeks from 7-9:30pm starting January 23rd cost $30.00 per evening.

On February 3rd Sunday from 1-5p.m. Myra Burley, Professional Match Maker will lead you on a relationship quest. Myra worked for Perfect Match in Pa. for 5 years, and is now re-.locating to Bridgewater NJ as a Match Maker.

Ernie Torres has a new Silva class for you and Dean DiNardi will be leading men’s spiritual groups. A lot of new and exciting opportunities to grow by.

This year will bring advancement to those who are will to work on there Spiritual Journeys and assist in serving from the heart and not from the mind more often.

I want to take this time out to thank all of my clients, and student for an amazing year of growth and I look forward to more this year. I am grateful to all of you for being in my life and assisting others to find their way. God Bless you all

What an interesting year this has been, ups and downs, emotional crisis and personal growth. With the New Year around the corner Health issues will need your attention, and how we can take steps to improve our health. Mental health is greatly overlooked it is a big concern, for most people do not know how to recognize a mental health issue and some just want to wish it away. Stress will add to your mental health issues and for those with high blood pressure and high cholesterol more then likely your stress is a bigger factor then even your foods. So make a commitment to make your health a priority this next year.

Ernie Torres our Silva Instructor has finished and advance Silva course called Ultra Mind, he will be teaching this as of the first of the year. You may call him directly for more details at 908-295-4393. He is also teaching the Silva Method on Dec. 1st & 2nd from 9:30 a.m. to 6p.m. both days. For those of you who are into the secret do you know that the Silva technique is the secret and has been around for 40 years. If you really want to manifest in your life then learn the Silva Method.

On December 9th from 11-6p.m. we will be hosting our New Year Psychic Fair and Jewelry Show come one come all. Readings are $1.00 min. with a 20 min. min. We will also have aromatherapy for sale as well.
Our EFT training and private sessions are showing some amazing results in our clients and for one, I am so proud of those who have learned this method seeing that the changes have been significant. It is truly amazing work. Thanks to all who have come to learn and I am happy for you and your changes.
How can EFT or Silva help me to Manifest what I truly want in my Life?
The heart is the storehouse of all of our memories and beliefs.
How does this all fit together?
Everything that is happening to you right now – whether you’re at work, on vacation, taking a test, in traffic, on the football field – is being run through all of your life experiences.
You know these life experiences as “memories.” If you have any beliefs or memories related to what is going on in your life that contain fear, anger, sadness, pain, trauma, disappointment, confusion, etc., there is a mechanism in your brain that will flip the “stress switch.”
Over time, stress creates any problem we have in our life. And, one of the first things it does is to turn off your immune system.
On the other hand, when you heal the memories that have lies in them (which are our “wrong beliefs”) then the stress decreases and the immune system can turn back on. So if you really want change in your life the Life Coaching Center and its staff will help you but you must be willing to jump off the cliff and take the chance.
